MICHAEL J FOX - MICHAEL J FOX ENJOYING ACTING RETURN
MICHAEL J FOX is revelling in his return to acting, but confesses acting with Parkinson's Disease is a struggle.
The 44-year-old recently shot a guest spot on TV hit BOSTON LEGAL, playing a cancer-suffering businessman who hires WILLIAM SHATNER's character DENNY CRANE to defend him.
The actor was forced to retire because of the effects of the debilitating disease, but enjoyed his brief return.
He says, "What I loved was being part of the creative process again. Something as simple as being in a night shoot and smelling the smell of carbon lights in the cold air. 'Wow, the smell of the grease paint!' It was nice, and nice being involved with other actors."
But he adds, "(Acting is) like being a right-handed painter and being forced to paint with your left hand."
