WESTLIFE star BRIAN McFADDEN's court appearance for dangerous driving has been delayed until September (05).

The Irish singer, 25, was caught driving recklessly in 2002 and was due to appear in court today (14APR05) for charges of speeding and careless driving in Dublin, Ireland.

However, the case has been beset by hold-ups and McFadden has requested yet another delay, as he is currently in Australia with his 20-year-old girlfriend, singer DELTA GOODREM.
