    • A suit brought against the existing members of punk icons MC5 by late bandmate ROB TYNER's widow has been dismissed in a Michigan court.

    Tyner's wife and children claimed, in a federal lawsuit, that the late singer's fellow band members had infringed copyrights and the MC5 trademark.
