MADONNA's leotard-clad performance at the Grammy Awards on Wednesday (08FEB06) has been banned from Malaysian television, after officials deemed her dance and costume too provocative.
The Muslim nation removed Madonna's duet with the GORILLAZ from the broadcast, 12 hours after the event took place in Los Angeles.
A spokesperson for the 8TV network says, "From our point of view, it wasn't suitable for our audiences."
