JENNIFER LOPEZ - LOPEZ PRESENTED WITH DEAD GIRLS SCRAPBOOK

JENNIFER LOPEZ has a macabre keepsake from the filming of new drama BORDERTOWN - a scrapbook of murdered Mexican women.

The singer/actress plays a journalist investigating the murders of hundreds of women in Ciudad Juarez in the film - and the mothers of the deceased wanted to make sure she never forgot the dead while she was filming.

Lopez explains, "Some of the mothers of the women who were killed put together a scrapbook for me filled with photos and pieces of their daughters' lives.

"It's been very intense. I did a lot of research for the role, because it was too important a project not to give 150 per cent of myself."
