CHRISTOPHER LEE insists he has "not received a penny" from the billion dollar merchandising deals from THE LORD OF RINGS trilogy. Despite playing SARUMAN in THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING and THE TWO TOWERS, the veteran actor is yet to see any money from LOTR collectibles, such as Saruman models. Lee tells British movie magazine Hotdog, "They've taken something like four billion now, and we all had merchandising deals - not one of us has seen a penny. "I had to approve about 20 to 25 different models, but none of us have seen a penny. It's creative accounting. You've got about six people splitting it all up."
