KATE MOSS - LAWYERS HELP MOSS PREPARE TO FACE BRITISH POLICE

LATEST: KATE MOSS' lawyers are arranging for the model's return to the UK, where she must answer police questions or face arrest over her alleged cocaine use.
The catwalk beauty, 31, left the UK in September (05) after images from a video showing her purportedly snorting the illegal drug in a London recording studio were published in a British newspaper.
And despite completing her 30-day stint in an Arizona rehabilitation clinic, Moss has continued to evade her native Britain.
Earlier this month (JAN06), London's Metropolitan Police assistant commissioner TARIQUE GHAFFUR made a direct appeal to Moss to return to Britain or face arrest under caution.
The police are keen to find out who supplied the cocaine and Moss has agreed to cooperate with the appeal.
A spokesperson for her modelling agency Storm says, "Kate has made it absolutely clear all along that she will co-operate with any police investigation when the necessary arrangements can be made."
Moss' lawyers, who have been in talks with the police for the past fortnight, are currently arranging a date for her UK return, which is anticipated within the next two weeks.
