JUDE LAW - LAW FINALLY 'DUMPED' BY MILLER

JUDE LAW and SIENNA MILLER have reportedly split on a permanent basis, after the actor's failed attempt to win back his former fiancee following his recent affair.

Law last month (JUL05) admitted having had a month-long affair with his children's nanny DAISY WRIGHT, leaving Miller heartbroken.

The ALFIE actress, who was yesterday (18AUG05) photographed crying outside the London home they shared together, is unable to forgive his infidelity, writes British newspaper the Daily Mail.

A source tells the publication, "They have tried to make a go of it, but it comes down to the fact that Sienna can't trust Jude. She really thought their relationship was something special and was completely in love with Jude.

"But Sienna can't forgive Jude's betrayal.

"Jude has pretty much given up. If Sienna can't forgive him after all he has done to say sorry, then there really isn't anything more he can do."
