JOE - JOE TOO RUDE FOR ROYALS

American R+B star JOE has refused to perform at next month's (MAY04) PRINCES TRUST URBAN MUSIC FESTIVAL in London - because he's too rude for the royal audience.

The concert is spearheaded by British heir PRINCE CHARLES to raise funds for his charity.

Organisers wanted the LET'S STAY HOME TONIGHT star to join BEYONCE KNOWLES and ALICIA KEYS at the event - but the raunchy singer is scared the Prince will be offended by his sexy lyrics.

A record company spokesperson says, "Prince Charles will be there and Joe is convinced that if he offends him, he can be beheaded for such activity."
