Porn star JENNA JAMESON is taking legal action to prevent her book publisher from claiming a cut of any future earnings from a proposed reality TV show.

HOW TO MAKE LOVE LIKE A PORN STAR author Jameson has filed a lawsuit to ensure an April 2004 development agreement she signed with REGAN MEDIA doesn't apply to the possible television show she might undertake.

Jameson - real name JENNA MASSOLI - personally brokered a deal with US TV company A+E to film the reality programme, following her daily life. She claims to have signed the deal prior to negotiating the Regan Media agreement.

However, Regan Media boss JUDITH REGAN claims her 2004 agreement with Jameson gives her company exclusive rights to negotiate with television networks, writes the NEW YORK POST.
