MICHAEL JACKSON - JACKSON: 'I'M HURT AND EMBARRASSED BY TEENAGER'S TESTIMONY'

MICHAEL JACKSON is "hurt and embarrassed" by the evidence given by STAR ARVIZO, the younger brother of the troubled singer's accuser GAVIN.

The THRILLER singer is barred from discussing the case, but his publicist RAYMONE BAIN read a short statement outside the Santa Maria, California, court yesterday (08MAR05) to voice Jackson's disgust at the 14-year-old's testimony.

Star told the court on Monday (07MAR05) that Jackson masturbated while fondling his brother, gave them alcohol and showed them pictures in "girlie magazines".

Bain said of Star's testimony, "The scurrilous and salacious accusations and details, all untrue, were hurtful and embarrassing to Mr Jackson."

Jackson has pleaded not guilty to 10 felony charges of child molestation, administering an intoxicating agent and conspiracy involving allegations of child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion. He faces up to 21 years in jail if convicted.
