Superstar ELIZABETH HURLEY has enjoyed a romantic boat trip with lover ARUN NAYAR and young son DAMIAN at the CANNES FILM FESTIVAL - with her new lover getting on famously with her offspring.

The happy family unit spent a cosy day together in the French town last week (ends23MAY03) - and Nayar, who will reportedly marry Hurley once he has divorced his current wife, has bonded with the AUSTIN POWERS star's baby, fathered by Hollywood producer STEVE BING.

A friend of multi-millionaire Nayar reveals, "He loves playing with Damian. It's a matter of time before the lad starts calling him daddy."
