Former heavyweight boxing champion LARRY HOLMES won't be a novice when he competes in new VH1 celebrity TV talent contest BUT CAN THEY SING? - he's supported KOOL + THE GANG.
Holmes will hit the high notes alongside other wannabe pop stars like JOE PANTOLIANO and MORGAN FAIRCHILD when the show debuts in the US on Sunday (30OCT05), and he's very confident about his chances of winning.
Holmes once fronted soul combo MARMALADE, who toured with Kool + The Gang.
