British royal PRINCE HARRY has thrilled his army compatriots by paying for their commanding officer to cook them all a three-course meal. The 21-year-old bid $1,800 (GBP1,000) at a charity auction to see his boss hit the kitchen - and they are determined to enjoy every minute of the experience. An insider says, "Harry had a cheeky smile on his face when the hammer went down. It was a lot to pay but it will be priceless to them. "For a few hours they will be giving the orders. They'll savour every minute - and it'll make a change from the grub they usually get!" Proceeds from the auction will go towards renovations at the Household Cavalry Museum in London.
