ROB HALFORD refuses to regret the 11 years he spent away from JUDAS PRIEST, because rock 'n' roll is about looking forward.

The heavy rocker quit the band in 1992 to pursue new avenues and, although he accepts Judas Priest could have become one of the biggest acts in the world, he tries to avoid speculating on what could have been.

But Halford admits sometimes he just can't stop himself.

Halford - who rejoined Priest in 2003 - says, "I'd be a liar if I said that I never lie in bed thinking about what could've been accomplished during those years. But that's not what life is about.

"Life is an ongoing journey with different roads to take. You can't change the past, but it's important to reflect on it. In fact, those years went by in a flash. Rock 'n' roll isn't about a clock. It's not nine to five. That's what I love about what we do."
