HUGH GRANT is splashing out $9 million (GBP5 million) on a luxury bachelor pad in London - which will double as the home to his film production company.

The LOVE ACTUALLY star, 43, has splashed out on a large office complete with a luxury apartment above in London's exclusive Knightsbridge area.

A source says, "Hugh has been looking for the right place to set up his company for months - and he thinks this is the perfect location. The property even has a flat like the one his character had in the film ABOUT A BOY, which really caught his eye."
