PARTY OF FIVE - FOX SHAVED HEAD TO LOOK HARDER

LOST star MATTHEW FOX dramatically shaved all of this hair off the minute his TV series PARTY OF FIVE ended, because he desperately wanted to leave his pretty boy image behind.

The actor played sensitive heart-throb CHARLIE SALINGER on the hit show and wanted to create a more edgy image by giving himself a cut.

He explains, "It was a conscious choice. I'm proud of Party of Five, but I was playing a guy who was very soft and what women tell you they want in a man - sensitive, attentive, open.

"But they also like that edgy, dark, more brutal side. It was important to show my other sides.

"It was incredibly liberating. I love having short hair - it's the easiest thing in the world."
