EVE CONSIDERED QUITTING SITCOM

Rapper-turned-actress EVE considered quitting her TV sitcom

during it's first season, because she was so overwhelmed with her heavy workload.

The SATISFACTION hitmaker plays fashion designer SHELLY WILLIAMS in the comedy EVE, which is currently in its second season, but she admits things were quite turbulent in the beginning.

She says, "The first year was hell. It was torture. It was like I was being punished. I felt like I was in detention. In music I set my own schedules and (I'm) able to be late, as late as I want."

She adds, "It's hard to play funny, there are certain beats you have to learn. The second season is like 'Wow,' this is home. I love my cast, I love my crew. It's exciting. I'm having fun."
