EMINEM - EMINEM'S EX-WIFE BACK IN JAIL

Superstar rapper EMINEM's ex-wife KIM MATHERS is back in jail, after she dropped out of a court-ordered drug treatment program.

Mathers was released from MACOMB COUNTY JAIL in Michigan on 1 March (04) and ordered to attend a rehabilitation clinic after she was convicted of using cocaine while on probation.

She was ordered to serve 30 days and was then transferred to a drug treatment program for 90 days.

Jail commander Captain JOHN ROBERTS says, "For whatever reason, she left the program she was attending so the judge ordered her back to jail. For right now, it's ordered by the judge that she complete her sentence in jail."

In January (04), Mathers pleaded guilty to possessing 25 grams (0.8 ounces) or less of cocaine and failing to give space to an emergency vehicle after a traffic stop.

Mathers will remain in jail until 12 May (04).
