EMINEM - EMINEM STUDIO AUCTIONED ON EBAY

The recording studio where EMINEM recorded THE SLIM SHADY LP will be sold on auction website eBAY.

The Ferndale, Detroit, building is to be auctioned in eBay's commercial property section for 30 days, with a minimum bid of $215,000 (GBP161,500).

It is being targeted to fans of the controversial rapper who might want to own a "piece of rap history" by buying the studio where the award-winning 1997 album was made.

Property agent DAVID GILTNER says, "The recording studio is still intact, but the equipment is not part of the sale.

"It's in great shape and was recently renovated."
