As a lover's gift, ultra-wealthy superstar SIR ELTON JOHN has bought matching sports cars for himself and his lover DAVID FURNISH.

The CANDLE IN THE WIND pop legend has paid up $172,000 (GBP110,000) for each of the BENTLEY CONTINENTAL GT cars, of which there are only 10 available in the UK.

Elton's cars are so luxurious they even have heated steering wheels.

The lovestruck couple can't enjoy them yet though, the motors will not arrive until October (03).
