ELTON JOHN - ELTON IS READY FOR HIS REMIX

Legendary pop star SIR ELTON JOHN is to release a remix of his 1977 track ARE YOU READY FOR LOVE.

The singer has had the song remixed by X-PRESS 2's ASHLEY BEADLE and it will be released - along with the original version - on FATBOY SLIM's SOUTHERN FRIED RECORDS label on 7 July (03).

Written by producer THOM BELL, LEROY BELL and CASEY JAMES, and featuring deceased DETROIT SPINNER PHILIPPE WYNNE on vocals, Are You Ready For Love originally only reached No 42 in the charts, but is still considered a very collectable piece of Elton memorabilia with a vinyl copy changing hands for up to $251 (GBP150).
