MISSY ELLIOTT - ELLIOTT REJECTS MADONNA'S KABBALAH INVITATION

Rapper MISSY ELLIOTT snubbed MADONNA's persistent attempts to convert her to the controversial Kabbalah following.

The 33-year-old befriended the MATERIAL GIRL after they appeared together in an advert for clothing store GAP, but she refused Madonna's invitation to join the mystical offshoot of Judaism because she has always been a devout Christian.

Elliott explains, "I love Madonna - we became friends after the Gap advert. She introduced me to Kabbalah and gave me a red bracelet.

"I'm a Christian so I didn't join - but we are still close."
