EDWARD FOX - EDWARD FOX BANNED FROM WATCHING EMILIA'S PREMIERE

Veteran actor EDWARD FOX was banned from attending the opening night of his daughter EMILIA FOX's new London play - by Emilia herself.

THE DAY OF THE JACKAL star was asked to avoid the first night of West End production LES LIAISONS DANGEREUSES on Friday (12DEC03), because he'll make THE PIANIST actress too nervous.

Emilia says, "I've banned my father from going to press nights. I find it too nerve wracking having family there as well as everyone else.

"We were rehearsing forever and ever and then suddenly you're onstage. It's slightly scary but the audience were great."
