CLINT EASTWOOD - EASTWOOD DOWN TO EARTH

Movie superstar CLINT EASTWOOD's latest collaborator has blasted claims the actor-director is demanding.

OSCAR-nominated MILLION DOLLAR BABY scriptwriter PAUL HAGGIS was amazed by how down-to-earth the screen legend was while shooting the boxing drama.

He says of the 74-year-old legend, "He tackles each job with ease and a sense of professionalism that is almost unparalleled. The man places his own calls. No assistant putting you on hold while their boss gets off another line."

He adds Eastwood insists on driving to meeting himself, "A truck pulls up outside my house. No limo, no $200,000 Bentley, but a 1993 GMC pick-up truck. And out steps the coolest man in the world. And one of the sexiest."
