BOB DYLAN will join fellow old-timers WILLIE NELSON and DAVID BYRNE at this year's (04) BONNAROO FESTIVAL in Nashville, Tennessee.

The event will be held on a 700-acre farm in rural Tennessee this summer (04).

Bonnaroo 2003 drew 80,567 fans and grossed $11.5 million (GBP6.4 million), second only to Bruce Springsteen's 10 sellouts at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The festival sold out in 16 days, without the benefit of any traditional advertising.

Among the other acts set to appear this year (04) are WILCO, PRIMUS, and MY MORNING JACKET.
