KIRSTEN DUNST - DUNST SLAMS GIGLI FOR RUINING HER CHANCES OF WORKING WITH JAKE

KIRSTEN DUNST has blamed movie flop GIGLI for wrecking her chances of working with boyfriend JAKE GYLLENHAAL.

The SPIDER-MAN star claims movie executives are wary of signing up couples to star in movies together after BEN AFFLECK and JENNIFER LOPEZ failed to lure cinemagoers to theatres last year (03).

And she fears she'll have to split from Gyllenhaal before she can actually work with him.

She says, "It totally ruins your chances of working with your significant other. Gigli kind of ruined it for everyone else. Jake is really the best young actor, I think, and it's a bummer that we can't work together right now.

"People would come into theatres and have a preconceived idea. Maybe we'll just break up so we can work together - or say we did."
