KIRSTEN DUNST - DUNST DENIES BLOOM FLING

Hollywood beauty KIRSTEN DUNST has furiously denied she had a fling with movie heart-throb ORLANDO BLOOM on the set of forthcoming movie ELIZABETHTOWN.

The 23-year-old actress admits growing closer to the LORD OF THE RINGS star while filming CAMERON CROWE's comedy-drama last year (04), but insists their friendship never blossomed into romance.

When asked about off-screen relationships at the Venice Film Festival in Italy at the weekend (03/04SEP05) she said, "If you're alluding to whether Orlando and I got together then that's a no. No."

But Dunst understands why actors are tempted to romance their co-stars.

She adds, "There are a lot of charismatic people in this industry... and I can understand why people on location get together."
