JOHN SCHNEIDER - DUKES OF HAZZARD FANS SWARM REUNION

More than 100,000 DUKES OF HAZZARD fans turned out to see a rare reunion of the TV show cast at the annual DukesFest in Tennessee over the weekend (03-04JUN06). JOHN SCHNEIDER, TOM WOPAT, CATHERINE BACH and JAMES BEST joined longtime organiser and former star BEN JONES at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds. The colourful event also featured more than 100 replicas of the famous General Lee car, which series characters BO and LUKE DUKE (Schneider and Wopat) drove. During a song-and-dance, question-and-answer session onstage, Schneider quipped, "There is an orange '69 Dodge Charger... with its lights on in the parking lot."
