SEANN WILLIAM SCOTT - DUKES FANS SOUGHT FOR EXPERT ROLE

Fans of cult TV show THE DUKES OF HAZZARD are being sought for a new $100,000 (GBP52,600)-a-year job to watch re-runs of the programme and speak intelligently about the impact of the series.

Bosses at America's COUNTRY MUSIC TELEVISION cable network are trying to find the ultimate Dukes Of Hazzard expert to become the first Vice President for their CMT Dukes Of Hazzard Institute.

Applicants for the odd job must know all the lyrics to the Dukes Of Hazzard theme song, be able to drive the show's famous 1969 Dodge Charger car, the General Lee, and watch re-runs of the show every week night on CMT.

The winning applicant will have to keep the Dukes Of Hazzard on-line diary up to date on website CMT.COM and make himself or herself available for media interviews.

The show originally ran from 1979 to 1985 and is currently being turned into a movie, starring SEANN WILLIAM SCOTT, JESSICA SIMPSON and JOHNNY KNOXVILLE.
