GOOD CHARLOTTE - DUFF'S LOVE MADDEN'S MARRIAGE PLANS

GOOD CHARLOTTE frontman JOEL MADDEN's relationship with HILARY DUFF appears to be getting serious, after the rocker declared he wants to get married this year (05).

The LIFESTYLES OF THE RICH AND FAMOUS hitmaker, 25, has been romantically linked to the 17-year-old actress and singer since July (04), after becoming a frequent visitor to the set of Duff's new film THE PERFECT MAN in Canada.

Both stars have refused to discuss their relationship with the press, but when asked by MTV what Madden's New Year's resolutions were, the rocker said he was dreaming of starting a family.

Madden says, "My New Year's resolutions are to work on (my label) DC FLAG RECORDS and MADE CLOTHING, sponsor two kids in Asia, get involved with Africa, go to church more, get married, make a baby, and write and produce for other people."
