HAYLIE DUFF - DUFF SISTERS TO BATTLE IT OUT IN NEW AD

Sisters HILARY and HAYLIE DUFF are set to have what they claim is their first ever disagreement - in a TV advertisement.

The Duffs will take over from JESSICA and ASHLEE SIMPSON to promote ICE BREAKERS mints - their debut commercial is based on them supposedly disagreeing for the first time ever.

Hilary says in a statement, "We agree on absolutely everything. So when she thought that Ice Breakers Liquid Ice was liquid and I thought it was ice, well, I knew she had to be right, and she knew I had to be right!"

The sisters are also offering an online sweepstakes to go on a Beverly Hills, California, shopping spree with the two of them, reports MTV.COM.
