HILARY DUFF - DUFF FLIPS FOR CONAN

Teen singer and actress HILARY DUFF showed off her athletic skills on Wednesday (06OCT04), by performing gymnastic moves on a late-night talk show.

The SO YESTERDAY singer, who once dated teen pop heart-throb AARON CARTER, appeared on LATE NIGHT WITH CONAN O'BRIEN, where she talked about her abilities as a gymnast, before getting up to show the studio audience a round-off back handspring.

While removing her shoes to carry out the manoeuvre, Duff admitted to host CONAN O'BRIEN, "I'm a little nervous. What if I mess up in front of all these people?"

But Duff needn't have worried - she carried out the double flips to perfection, much to the audience's delight.
