MISS CONGENIALITY - DRUNKEN BULLOCK MADE AUSTIN HER HOME

MISS CONGENIALITY star SANDRA BULLOCK decided to quit Los Angeles in favour of Austin after generous locals made sure she got back to her hotel safely after a drunken night out in the Texan city.

The 40-year-old screen beauty, who also has a home in New York City, has no desire to live Los Angeles because she doesn't want to be surrounded by the Hollywood community.

She says, "I might have been a little drunk the first night (spent in Austin). But the people were so incredibly helpful getting me home that I just felt, 'Wow! If I can be alone here and wind up at home...' Everything was still intact. I felt like this was a good place for me to live."

"I didn't want my personality to become what I did or didn't have, and it was getting that way."
