DOUGRAY SCOTT - DOUGRAY SCOTT WITNESSED ASSAULT
A Scottish court has heard how actor DOUGRAY SCOTT saw his movie co-star lunge at and punch a photographer.
The MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 2 star was shocked to see actor IAIN ROBERTSON attack a photographer - shouting "What was all that about?"
Robertson - best known for anti-alcohol adverts on British TV - is charged with assaulting photographer ANDREW MILLIGAN outside the set of Scott's new movie - THE BUM'S RUSH.
Scott - who witnessed the alleged assault - is set to give evidence on behalf of Robertson next week.
Stirling District Court heard how the incident occurred as Robertson, 22 and Scott, 38, left the set when Milligan attempted to take a picture.
Witness PC PAUL FAIR says, "He (Robertson) had a hat in his hand that he took off as he was about to get into the car, and he lunged forward with a clenched fist around the brim of the hat and pushed out towards the photographer's face.
"It was a fairly deliberate pushing of his hands right into Mr Milligan's face."
