Two couples have forked out $262,500 (GBP175,000) to have dinner with Hollywood couple MICHAEL DOUGLAS and CATHERINE ZETA-JONES.

The mystery couples took part in a bidding war at a charity auction in LAS VEGAS to win a weekend at the pair's Bermuda home.

The four winners were bidding against each other for a trip for two - until the Douglases stepped in and invited all four of them to stay.
