Troubled rocker PETE DOHERTY was caught smoking heroin again yesterday (26FEB05) - just a week after coming out of rehab.

The former LIBERTINES star claims to have kicked the habit after spending two weeks in a London rehabilitation centre.

But the rocker was seen smoking a 'crack pipe' backstage at a BABYSHAMBLES gig in the British capital's 100 Club - despite having a controversial leg implant to stop all effects of the drug.

His biographer PETE WALSH says, "You don't come off heroin in one week in rehab, I mean the man's been sucking on a crack pipe today."
