CELINE DION - DION TAKEN TO HOSPITAL

Singer CELINE DION has been rushed to hospital after she struggled to breathe during a performance in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The MY HEART WILL GO ON star was forty minutes into her show at luxury hotel THE COLOSSEUM when she started gasping for air.

Aides rushed to her side and whisked the 35-year-old to hospital, where she was diagnosed with a sinus infection and instructed to take a week off from her residency, which she began in March last year (03).

Following her previous record of 14 years without missing a gig, the incident marks the second time in 12 months Celine has been forced to cancel concerts due to illness.
