BROWN SUGAR - DIGGS LOST MANY ROLES TO RAPPERS

BROWN SUGAR star TAYE DIGGS is sick of famous rappers muscling black actors out of leading film roles.

In the past, SAMUEL L JACKSON has criticised hip-hop stars for using their celebrity to land roles which should go to more qualified actors, but Diggs has experienced the problem first hand.

He says, "There have been a ton of movies I wanted but didn't get.

"It seemed like I was constantly being beat out by rappers. It would be down to me and someone else, and I'd find out that the someone else was a hip-hop artist."
