BUZZCOCKS star STEVE DIGGLE is still furious the BBC uses his band's name in the title of hit quiz show NEVER MIND THE BUZZCOCKS - but he can't sue because his bandmate PETE SHELLEY appeared on it as a guest. The EVER FALLEN IN LOVE? guitarist refused an invitation to appear on the comedy music quiz, as he knew endorsing the programme would be detrimental to their case. But Shelley enraged Diggle by agreeing to star as a panelist - and added insult to injury when, according to Diggle, he failed to answer any of the questions correctly. He says, "I almost sued (the BBC) for it in the beginning. "I still call Pete a c**t for going on there - and, worse still, for being c**p on it."
