MICHAEL CRICHTON - CRICHTON ORDERED TO HAND OVER MORE CASH

LATEST: Author MICHAEL CRICHTON is being dragged back into the courthouse - this time by his ex-wife's lawyer.

Just last month (APR03), the best-selling writer and creator of ER agreed to a $30 million (GBP20 million) divorce settlement with his spouse of 13 years ANNE-MARIE.

Crichton insisted on keeping two rugs and rusting trucks - while she took their New York apartment, Hawaii estate, 20 horses and fine art by LIECHTENSTEIN and MAGRITTE.

Now Anne-Marie's lawyer STEPHEN KOLODNY is demanding over $53,000 (GBP35,300) in legal fees.

The fees were racked up after the JURASSIC PARK writer took Kolodny to court, accusing him of breaking a confidentiality agreement about the Critchtons' divorce during an interview with American TV show CELEBRITY JUSTICE.

Kolodny won the case and a judge has ordered him to pay the fees.
