CRAIG DAVID - CRAIG DAVID'S SOCCER DREAMS
Singer CRAIG DAVID said he would give up his pop career to score a winning goal for his favourite soccer team SOUTHAMPTON.
David revealed his burning ambition after hearing mocked-up commentary of him scoring in England's FA CUP FINAL.
The 22-year-old R+B singer said, "I would give up 25 million albums for that to happen."
"Right at the moment football is more important and I really want them (Southampton) to take the Cup home."
"If we win, I'll be bouncing round the stage, whooping with joy."
Unfortunately for the WHAT'S YOUR FLAVA singer, Southampton's North London rivals ARSENAL took home the football trophy in a thrilling 1-0 game yesterday (17MAY03).
