Music mogul SIMON COWELL still cringes when reminded of his penchant for high-waisted trousers, because it took years before he realised how ludicrous he looked.
The 46-year-old pop tyrant was forced to address his image issues when the media's hilarity regarding his pulled-up pants became too much.
He recalls, "I just got into a habit of pulling up my trousers too high.
"Then I saw a picture of myself and thought, 'Christ, I look ridiculous.'"
