SEAN CONNERY - CONNERY STILL REMEMBERED FOR ROBIN HOOD

SIR SEAN CONNERY's son JASON is amazed he is still remembered for his lead role in cult 1980s British TV series ROBIN OF SHERWOOD.

The 42-year-old took over the part of ROBIN OF LOXELY when MICHAEL PRAED left to star in DYNASTY in 1986 - and fans of the show finally managed to coerce the reluctant actor into attending a convention recently.

Connery says, "There were these women dressed in MAID MARIAN costumes and they were talking about storylines that I can't even remember.

"It was quite nice and I remembered what a joy it was to do Robin Of Sherwood. People still watch the DVDs and show it to their kids."
