Hip hop mogul SEAN 'P DIDDY' COMBS is quietly confident that he will be reunited with his former girlfriend JENNIFER LOPEZ within the year.

The Hollywood couple dated for two years before Jen married and divorced dancer CRIS JUDD before getting engaged to actor BEN AFFLECK - to whom she has recently split.

Since the end of her latest high-profile romance, the sexy 33-year-old star has spent increasing time with her ex P Diddy.

And now the former couple are inseparable once again with the BADBOY FOR LIFE hitmaker firmly setting his sights on getting his girl back for good.

A source told British tabloid the SUNDAY MIRROR, "They speak to each other most days. He has told his pals he's confident he will have J.Lo back on his arm sometime this year."
