Lost concert footage featuring music greats JIMI HENDRIX, JOHNNY CASH, THE ROLLING STONES and MILES DAVIS is set to hit the web later today (08FEB06) when legendary promoter BILL GRAHAM's personal collection of recordings goes live for the first time.

Entrepreneur BILL SAGAN bought Graham's live haul for $5 million (GBP2.8 million) in 2003 after hearing the vintage performances were locked in a vault in a San Francisco, California, warehouse.

And after two years of picking through the wealth of material for the best cuts, Sagan is sharing the best live footage with fellow music fans on his rock memorabilia site Vault Radio.

Sagan is calling the collection Wolfgang's Vault - after Graham's real name, WOLFGANG GRAJONCA.

Sagan says, "The single thread of continuity is these are all concerts Bill Graham promoted from the mid-1960s through 1975."

The video footage includes one legendary 1973 THE WHO show at San Francisco's Cow Palace, where KEITH MOON fell into his drum kit.

The footage also features the SEX PISTOLS' last concert.

Sagan tells Billboard.com, "The quality is unbelievable."
