Irish actor COLIN FARRELL's wild antics have won him official recognition - he's been voted Hollywood's top party animal.

The 27-year-old PHONE BOOTH star has been affectionately embraced in Tinseltown for his unabashed love of women, lap dancers, alcohol and partying.

In the midst of enjoying a string of brief romances and sharing a passionate kiss with pop singer BRITNEY SPEARS, Farrell also found time to father a child with model KIM BORDENAVE, who is due to give birth within the next few weeks.

Farrell says of his lifestyle, "I'm just a young, single guy having a good time. I love women, and I'm in movies, so it's easy to get laid. My idea of a perfect day is lunch with a couple of mates, a few drinks, then a movie, dinner, a few more drinks, then back to a hotel for more drinks."

A surprising second in the poll by America's IN TOUCH magazine is BASIC INSTINCT star SHARON STONE, who beat out younger party fans TARA REID, JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE and ASHTON KUTCHER.
