Hollywood pin-up GEORGE CLOONEY is worried reviews of his new film will be dominated by his overweight and aged appearance.

The OCEAN'S TWELVE star disguised his sexy good looks to play the character of a CIA agent with receding hairline and enhanced girth in SYRIANA.

But the hunk is scared the dramatic makeover will overshadow constructive criticism of the movie.

He explains, "On SOLARIS, which I happen to think is a very interesting film, all anyone talked about was the few seconds of my naked butt.

Defending the departure from his usual glamorous roles he argues: "There's only so many times I can play the leading man who gets the girl."
