American comedienne PHYLLIS DILLER's remarkable life is to be turned into a new biopic with acclaimed PIECES OF APRIL actress PATRICIA CLARKSON in the lead role.
The 87-year-old comic is also planning a return to the big screen after a bout of illness - she'll play a dying woman in THE BOOK OF DANIEL.
