CHARLOTTE CHURCH - CHURCH SINGS SMOKING BAN PRAISES

Caption: Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson were nowhere to be seen when removal men come to their house to start moving their belongings out. Singer CHARLOTTE CHURCH has praised the British government's ban on smoking in pubs, clubs and restaurants in England. The 20-year-old star made it her New Year's (06) resolution to quit cigarettes, and is delighted she won't face temptation once the ban comes into effect in mid-2007. She says, "I think it's really good. A lot of social smokers never smoke in the week but do in the weekends, and they won't be able to now, and it's a much nicer atmosphere."
